
Primal Italian Meatballs
These tender, flavorful meatballs are made with our Primal Blend Ground Beef, blending 80/20 ground beef with liver and heart for extra nutrition without sacrificing taste. Your family won't know they're eating organ meats — and you’ll feel good serving them.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Primal Blend Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Primal Blend, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings. Mix gently — don’t overwork the meat.
- Form into 12 meatballs and place on a plate or tray.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 6–8 minutes total.
- Pour marinara over the browned meatballs, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked through.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over spaghetti, zucchini noodles, or tucked into a toasted hoagie roll. Garnish with fresh basil or more Parmesan for extra flavor.
