
Primal Power Burgers
A bold and nutrient-rich burger recipe made with our Primal Blend Ground Beef, which includes beef liver and heart for added nutrition without sacrificing flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Primal Blend Ground Beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Do not overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat. Cook burgers for 4–5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
