I am extremely pleased and happy I decided to purchase beef from Parker County Beef. I cooked medium rare hamburger steaks made them thick. Seasoned with sea salt , cracked black pepper, and garlic powder. I can not stress enough how delicious, juicy and fresh this meat is. Reminds me of when I was a young child going to the meat market slaughter house to purchase fresh beef. I already recommend this company to my 2 grown sons that are military. One an Army Ranger and the other a Navy Medic.…

What a difference in quality between meat from parker county beef and what you get in the grocery store! We're so glad we found them! We bought a ranch hand box and a bunch of add ons as well as some magnesium tallow lotions. Had great steaks last night, a great sleep and just cooked up some ground beef for my husband's lunches for the week, and we're thoroughly impressed and will be back for more!

Our meats arrived safe & sound. They were still frozen & I promptly placed them in the freezer. We are quite satisfied with the longhorn ground beef and the regular ground beef. Both have a very good taste with NO ORDER at all. Today, we are eating on one of the chuck roasts & I have to say it is very very good. I plan to keep purchasing from your company. The best meat around. The ground beef is so rich and dark, there are organ meats, and hard to find cuts. One of the best items is their chicken thighs. I’ve never liked chicken thighs because of a weird off-taste to me. Theirs are delicious. Like a juicier version of white meat. Their fajita meat is seasoned to perfection. They have tallow and candles, and everyone is knowledgeable and ready to answer any and all questions. I’m Cajun and was super excited that they have Andouille now too!!!

Cannot wait to eat the steaks we got tonight. Shop is super cute and the staff was so patient with my incredibly hyper daughter. We got seasonings that smell amazing and snagged some tallow lotion with magnesium for my kiddos that get sore legs after practices. Got some of the scented tallow jars to take on the go and they smell so good! Even got my husband to get some of the lotion because "it's not heavy and sticky like other lotions" to finally help his dry cracked hands. Even got some treats…

The quality and quantity of these products are absolutely amazing. The bar of Goat’s Milk and Honey soap is twice the size of what I usually receive from other companies — for the same price! I’m used to getting what feels like half a bar, so this was a wonderful surprise.

How is the beef packaged and shipped?+
All beef is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at our USDA-inspected facility in Parker County, TX. Orders ship in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure everything arrives perfectly frozen, regardless of season or distance.
How long does frozen beef last in the freezer?+
Properly vacuum-sealed beef lasts 12–24 months in the freezer with no loss in quality. Once thawed, use within 3–5 days in the refrigerator.
What is included in a beef box?+
Each box is a curated combination of cuts, steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Full contents are listed on each product page. Prefer to pick your own? Use our Individual Cuts collection to build a custom order.
Why is there a $150 minimum order?+
We ship frozen beef in insulated packaging with dry ice. The $150 minimum ensures your order is large enough to maintain safe frozen temperatures throughout transit and makes the shipping cost worthwhile for both sides. Note: tallow, pet products, and other non-perishables have no order minimum and ship at a flat $7.99.
What are your shipping options?+
We have two shipping models depending on what you order. Frozen beef requires a $150 minimum order and ships to all 48 contiguous states, packed with dry ice in insulated boxes. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded due to frozen transit limitations. Tallow, pet products, and all non-perishables ship at a flat $7.99 with no order minimum, nationwide.
What is the difference between grass-fed and grain-finished beef?+
Grass-fed beef is leaner with a distinct, slightly earthy flavor. Grain-finished beef has more marbling, resulting in a richer, buttery taste. Our standard beef is grain-finished for maximum tenderness and flavor. Our Pure Pasture™ line is 100% grass-fed and finished from Texas Longhorn cattle.
