Properly vacuum-sealed beef lasts 12–24 months in the freezer with no loss in quality. Once thawed, use within 3–5 days in the refrigerator.

We ship frozen beef in insulated packaging with dry ice. The $150 minimum ensures your order is large enough to maintain safe frozen temperatures throughout transit and makes the shipping cost worthwhile for both sides. Note: tallow, pet products, and other non-perishables have no order minimum and ship at a flat $7.99.
We have two shipping models depending on what you order. Frozen beef requires a $150 minimum order and ships to all 48 contiguous states, packed with dry ice in insulated boxes. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded due to frozen transit limitations. Tallow, pet products, and all non-perishables ship at a flat $7.99 with no order minimum, nationwide.
Grass-fed beef is leaner with a distinct, slightly earthy flavor. Grain-finished beef has more marbling, resulting in a richer, buttery taste. Our standard beef is grain-finished for maximum tenderness and flavor. Our Pure Pasture™ line is 100% grass-fed and finished from Texas Longhorn cattle.
