What is the minimum order?
We require a minimum order of $150. Orders of $400 or more qualify for free shipping. We ship directly from our 4th-generation Texas ranch to your door.
How long does shipping take and how is the beef packaged?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. All beef is vacuum-sealed and packed in insulated boxes with dry ice or ice packs to ensure it arrives frozen and ready for your freezer.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We currently ship across the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription — including skipping orders, changing frequency, or canceling — directly through your customer account portal. Or reach out to us here and we'll help right away.
Is your beef grass-fed or grain-finished?
We raise our cattle on our Parker County, Texas ranch using traditional ranching practices. For specific details on individual product lines including our Pure Pasture Longhorn Grass Fed beef, check the product descriptions in our shop.
Are your products USDA inspected?
Yes. All of our beef products are USDA inspected and meet federal food safety standards.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
We stand behind every order. If your beef arrived thawed, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. We will make it right.
How quickly will I receive a response?
We typically respond to all inquiries within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.
