
One-Pot Primal Beef Chili
This hearty chili uses our Primal Blend Ground Beef for a powerful nutritional punch without compromising on flavor. Perfect for chilly nights or weekly meal prep.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Primal Blend Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
- 1 cup beef broth or water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and bell pepper and sauté for 2–3 minutes more.
- Add the Primal Blend Ground Beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute to bloom the spices.
- Add diced tomatoes, beans, and broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
Serving Tips
Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and fresh cilantro. Serve with cornbread or over rice for a complete meal.
