What is a 1/4 or 1/2 Cow Package?

Our bulk packages let you buy a large quantity of ranch-direct beef in one order — at our lowest price per pound. The 1/4 Cow package is exactly 100 lbs at $13.99/lb delivered; the 1/2 Cow package is 230+ lbs at ~$13.00/lb delivered. Each is pre-set, professionally processed, vacuum sealed, and ships frozen straight to your door. Order online just like any of our other products.

How much freezer space do I need?

Plan for roughly 1 cubic foot per 35–40 lbs of beef. The 1/4 Cow package (100 lbs) needs approximately 2.5–3 cu ft; the 1/2 Cow package (230+ lbs) needs approximately 6–7 cu ft. A standard large chest freezer (7 cu ft) comfortably holds the 1/2 Cow package.

When will I receive my order?

We ship frozen beef 5 days a week via FedEx Home Delivery with temperature-controlled packaging. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships and your beef arrives ready for the freezer.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. Processing, vacuum sealing, and shipping are all included. Check out online just like any other order — no surprises at the end.

How long does the beef last in the freezer?

Vacuum sealed beef stored at 0°F lasts up to 12 months. Ground beef is best within 6 months. Once thawed, use within 3–5 days and do not refreeze.
