What are your store hours?

The Springtown Butcher Shop & Meat Market is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Springtown FM 51 store is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Decatur Meat Market is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. All locations are closed on Sunday.

Does every location carry the same products?

No. The original FM 51 location carries frozen beef, beef tallow, and pet treats only. The Springtown Butcher Shop on Hwy 199 and the Decatur location both carry fresh and frozen beef, chicken, pork, beef tallow, and pet products. The flagship on Hwy 199 also stocks appetizers, ready-to-eat items, and tallow skincare.

Do you have fresh meat cut in-store?

Yes. Fresh beef, chicken, and pork are available at the Springtown Butcher Shop (2127 E Hwy 199) and the Decatur location (121 N State St). The original FM 51 location carries frozen beef only.

Can I order online for home delivery?

Yes. The full product lineup ships nationwide at parkercountybeefcompany.com — beef boxes, individual cuts, ground beef, and tallow. Orders over $400 ship free. Subscribe and save 10% on recurring deliveries.

Do you serve Weatherford, Fort Worth, and the DFW area?

Yes. Springtown is about 20 minutes from Weatherford and under an hour from Fort Worth. The Decatur location serves the northern DFW corridor and all of Wise County. Online orders ship to all 48 contiguous states.

Is there a minimum order in-store?

No minimum in-store. Walk in, pick your cuts, pay at the counter. The $150 order minimum only applies to online orders shipping frozen via cold-chain delivery.
