Whole animal processing is $850. Half animal is $450. Both prices are all-in — USDA inspection, harvest fee, disposal fee, packaging fee, rail weight fee, and vacuum seal packaging are all included. No extra charges at pickup.
Hanging weight is the carcass weight right after slaughter, before cutting and trimming. Box weight is the final take-home packaged weight — typically 60–70% of hanging weight depending on fat and bone removal. You'll receive both numbers with your order.
Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks from drop-off. This allows for proper aging time and ensures your beef is processed, packaged, and ready right. We'll call you when your order is ready for pickup.
Yes. Every order uses a custom cut sheet. You specify roast sizes, steak thickness, ground beef percentages, and more. Our team walks through the options to help you maximize every pound.
