The Logic Behind the Boxes
Every box in this collection was built with a specific buyer in mind. The entry-level boxes are for first-time customers who want to test the product before committing to a larger purchase. The mid-range boxes are for households that want variety and value. The large boxes are for families, households with deep freezers, or buyers who want to avoid reordering for six months to a year.
All beef comes from our ranch in Parker County, Texas. All of it is processed at our USDA-inspected facility in Springtown. Everything ships vacuum sealed, labeled by cut and weight, and frozen for transit.
Entry Level
Grilling Intro Box ($99) is where most first-time buyers start. It is designed to give you a cross-section of our product without a large upfront commitment. If you cook it and want more, you know which cuts to focus on. It is the right starting point.
The Cowpoke Special ($144.94) is the next step — more variety, more volume, better per-pound value than the Grilling Intro.
Mid-Range
Premium Rib Collection ($161.07) is built for the rib-focused household — if short ribs and tablitas are the center of how you cook, this is the box.
Strips, Sirloins, and Staples Box ($266.82) delivers a balanced selection anchored by strip steaks and sirloins with everyday staples to fill the rest of the freezer.
The Ranch Hand Box ($279) is our most balanced mid-range box — steaks, roasts, and ground beef in proportions that reflect how most households actually eat.
The Ultimate Steak Experience ($329) is built for the household that eats steak more than anything else. This is steak-heavy by design.
Large Volume
The Ocho ($499) is one of our most popular boxes. It is built for a family of four who wants three to four months of beef without frequent reorders. The name refers to the number of cuts it covers. It is a complete freezer fill in one shipment.
The Foreman ($1,199) is for large households, commercial kitchens, or buyers who want six to twelve months of beef in one order.
The Cattle Baron ($2,799) is the top of the line — the largest pre-built box we offer, built for maximum volume at the best per-pound price across all pre-built options.
Ground Beef Specific
Large Ground Beef Box ($189.99) is straightforward — a large quantity of our 80/20 ground beef for families who cycle through it fast. No steaks, no roasts. Just ground beef in volume at a better per-pound rate.
