Every steak in the case was cut from cattle raised on our family ranch in Parker County and processed at our own USDA-inspected plant in Springtown. How we raise and process it
Our cattle are pasture-raised on the Burtnett family ranch in Parker County and finished with locally sourced grains, with no added hormones and no routine antibiotics. They are processed at our USDA-inspected facility in Springtown under continuous inspection, then cut for our own cases in Springtown and Decatur. That is the whole chain, and we can trace any package back to the animals.
