All beef is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at our USDA-inspected facility in Parker County, TX. Orders ship in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure everything arrives perfectly frozen, regardless of season or distance.

Properly vacuum-sealed beef lasts 12–24 months in the freezer with no loss in quality. Once thawed, use within 3–5 days in the refrigerator.

Grass-fed beef is leaner with a distinct, slightly earthy flavor. Grain-finished beef has more marbling, resulting in a richer, buttery taste. Our standard beef is grain-finished for maximum tenderness and flavor. Our Pure Pasture™ line is 100% grass-fed and finished from Texas Longhorn cattle.
