Shipping Policy

Parker County Beef Company ships all orders via UPS or FedEx with ice packs and insulated packaging to ensure your beef arrives frozen and fresh. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Standard delivery ships within 3–5 business days from the date of order. We guarantee all orders will arrive frozen — if your order arrives thawed or compromised in any way, we'll make it right.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@parkercountybeefcompany.com and we will resolve it promptly.
