Parker County Beef Company is a four-generation cattle operation based in Springtown, Texas. We raise beef cattle on our own land in Parker County, process them at our USDA-inspected facility in Springtown, and ship directly to customers nationwide. There is no third-party sourcing, no repackaging under our label, and no broker in the middle.

Our Recommended Products collection pulls the items that appear in repeat orders most consistently. These are not the most expensive products we carry — they are the ones that customers return to after their first order. That is a more honest signal than a curated homepage banner.
Two Paths: Box or Individual Cuts
If you want a complete freezer supply in one order, start with a beef box. The Grilling Intro Box ($99) is the right entry point for a new customer — enough variety to understand the product, not so much volume that it is a risk if you decide to adjust your preferences after the first delivery. The Cowpoke Special ($144.94) is the next step up. Both are in our Beef Boxes collection.
If you know what you cook and want specific cuts, start in our Individual Cuts collection. Pick the two or three cuts you cook most — ground beef, a steak, a roast — and build from there.
Subscribe and Save
Every beef box earns a 10% discount on a subscription. If you are going to order twice, you should subscribe on the first order and save on both. The discount is automatic, the schedule is flexible, and canceling requires only a click in your account.
What to Expect When Your Order Arrives
Your beef will arrive frozen or partially thawed, vacuum sealed and labeled by cut name and weight. Everything goes directly into the freezer. Move cuts to the refrigerator the night before you plan to cook them. Do not thaw on the counter.
