How to Think About Building an Order
Start with your weeknight anchor. For most households, that is ground beef — the most versatile protein in the collection, the fastest to cook, and the lowest price per pound. Two to four pounds of ground beef covers a week of tacos, burgers, pasta sauce, and grain bowls.
Add one or two steak cuts for weekend cooking. The sirloin ($19.99, 16 oz) is the everyday value steak. The ribeye ($29.99) is the occasion cut. The NY strip ($22.99) sits between them in both price and occasion.
Add a roast if you batch cook. A chuck roast ($29.99) makes six servings and improves overnight. It is one of the highest-yield purchases in the collection.
Add a specialty cut if you want something different. Oxtail, stew meat, tablitas, and beef cutlets are the cuts that expand your repertoire beyond standard weeknight cooking.
No Minimums
There is no bundle requirement or minimum order in this collection. Order one item or twenty. Everything ships vacuum sealed and frozen alongside any other items in your order.

If you do not have strong preferences about specific cuts, a pre-built box from our Beef Boxes collection gives you better per-pound value than buying the same assortment individually.
