What's Included:

• Approximately 240-300 lbs of boxed beef, depending on the hanging weight (400-500 lbs)
• A variety of cuts: steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef, and more
• Option for organ meats like liver and marrow bones (subject to availability)

Order Process:

1. Deposit: $2,500 to reserve your half beef
2. Custom Cut Sheet: We help you create a custom cut sheet tailored to your family
3. Harvest & Weigh: We notify you of the exact hanging weight and final balance
4. Pick-Up: After 5-6 weeks, your beef is ready for pick-up, fully frozen and packed

Space Required: Ensure you have about 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space ready.
