We offer fully custom beef processing in Springtown, TX. After starting the Parker County Beef Company in 2023 we realized the role that high quality processing plays in producing high quality beef.

As of June 2024 we purchased our local beef processor and immediatly got to work. After renovating the facility, upgrading the processing equipment, and relaunching the facility, we are excited to welcome you to our facility.

We offer a variety of beef processing services to best fit your needs. We understand that each beef we processes tells a story and feeds a family.

We offer straightforward and transparent pricing.

• Price Per lb (Hanging Weight) - $1.15
• Kill Fee - $75
• Disposal Fee - $25
• Box Fee (each) $5
• Minimum Processing Fee Per Animal - $750

Our goal is that your beef processing experience is as simple and smooth as possible. To help achieve this goal, we have a standardized system for each beef we process.

1. Beef Processing Booking - You can call us to book your beef processing appointment. You are also welcome to book online here or at the form on the bottom of the page.
2. Cut Sheet Call - To ensure we meet all of your specifications we will take the time to do a 20 to 30 minute phone call with you to walk through all of the options you have when having your beef processed at our facility. You will be given you dropoff date, pickup date, and other details.
3. Pickup - Once your beef is processed and frozen, we will call you for pickup. It's that easy!
